CANCELLATION POLICY

Unhappy to see you unsatisfied! 

Cancellation from the Company’s end 

  • The company can request to cancel the order in case of unavailability of the product, Glitch on the website, Fraud or Credit issues.
  • We can ask for additional information to verify the correctness of the order before initiating the process of delivery. 
  • Our team will contact you personally if the order needs verification. We won’t ask for any payment or OTP for the verification.
  • The amount will be refunded back within 3-5 days after the order is cancelled from our end.

Cancellation By Consumers: 

  • You cannot cancel the order once the payment is received and we have initiated the process to dispatch.
  • You must come up with a valid reason for the cancellation of your order. The reasons like Dont need the product anymore or something like this won’t work. After the product has been shipped, you can’t cancel the order.
  • Orders for personalized or customized interior or exterior accessories are not eligible for cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation:
