Refund & Refund Policies

  • A return or refund will be made if the product is damaged, defective, quantity/description mismatched if informed within 48 hours after the delivery.
  • The product should be in good condition and not be used regularly, the customer can try it once only.
  • Once we receive the product and the quality check is approved by our team, the return/refund would be initiated.
  • If the product received is damaged, torn, missing parts/accessories, the return/refund will not be entertained and the product will be sent back to the customer without being obligated to give any reason.
  • If the product received is as per the description on the website, and the customer still wishes to return the product, then his return request will not be entertained.
  • In case any customer receives an empty box or missing parts, the same case should be registered within 24 hours, or the cases would not be considered valid.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the product due to any reason considering all the terms and conditions mentioned in the above points, the customer can return the product within 7 days from the delivery date, with the original packaging.
